Adaptel can offer maintenance on a Pay As You Go or on a fixed maintenance contract basis.

Pay As You Go

Adaptel are able to provide Telephone system maintenance on a Pay as you go basis, this involves an agreed initial callout charge (This includes the first hour labour onsite), then further charges per additional 30 minutes labour required onsite.

Pay as you go maintenance is purely based on labour charges and does not cover the cost to replace hardware, in the event that Adaptel’s engineers diagnose a hardware fault we will provide you with a competitive quote to replace the faulty equipment.

Adaptel’s Pay As You Go maintenance callout response time is subject to availability, we will confirm the time of the callout when booked via our helpdesk.

Adaptel can also offer maintenance on a pre-booked half or full day rate basis, ask our sales staff for more details.

Fixed Maintenance Contract

We offer:
• maintenance contracts to suit your business needs
• experienced fully trained field and helpdesk engineers
• liaise with your line provider to resolve faults
• fast response to faults and queries

Our Helpdesk engineers are ready to assist, giving advice, solving problems and, whenever necessary, arranging a site visit.

What is covered?
• Access to the Adaptel Helpdesk - including remote diagnostics (subject to system setup)
• Replacement of the main CCU, cards, and Key Telephones and the associated labour costs to replace the equipment if a genuine hardware fault occurs.
• Fault reporting and follow up to line provider
• Engineers visit to site when necessary

Adaptel’s engineers will be happy to assist, whether you have a major fault or a minor issue such as a fault handset.
